Since first establishing our Australian Build to Rent platform, we have played a key role in pioneering the Build to Rent sector in Australia and in 2019, we delivered the nation's first purpose built institutional Build to Rent community – The Elements.
We have successfully leased and operated The Elements since that time, and today, have a growing portfolio of more than 1,600 Build to Rent units under various stages of operation and development throughout Australia’s major cities.
We continue to grow our pipeline of rental apartment communities nationally and on completion, each community is professionally managed under our dedicated Australian property management brand, Kinleaf.
