Sentinel's development management activities in Australia are performed by an affiliate, Sentinel Development Manager PTY LTD.

Our development management team comprises a range of experienced development professionals who are skilled across planning, architecture and design, construction and project management. Our local experts collaborate with our global multifamily specialists to produce industry-leading Build to Rent outcomes that are time-tested and responsive to the local environment.

Throughout the development process, the team works closely with our investment and asset management teams to ensure that client objectives are met, and that high-quality living outcomes are delivered for future residents.
